Raider Team
аRadier Team is a group of individuals that strive for physical fitness. The Raider Team practices about two-four days a week. The team runs many miles throughout the cross-country trails and does other exercises such as push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, land nav., rope bridge, and first aidа.
The team goes to meets where different events are competed in, such as individual and team. An example of an individual event would be how many push-ups can be completed, non-stop. A team event would be the three mile run, when the first and last member of the team must finish within forty feet of each other. The Raider Team also must be capable of orienteering for other events.
